Someone keeps calling my phone saying that they are a lawyer?

A lawyer keeps calling my phone saying that a payday loan company based out of California has my social security number and all of my information. They are saying that I took out a $250 loan and a $1,500 loan with them and have not repaid them. I can barely even understand this lawyer person because he is a foreigner. I do not even know where this is coming from because in the state of Georgia we cannot take out payday loans and no one can give us a payday loan. He is saying they are going to sue me for $8,000. I don’t know what to do!!!! Please help!!!! Is this person even legit. He won’t even tell me about the website that I supposedly got the loan from.

I got two payday loans and you have to write a check without money in the account to get them. My bank closed my account because they charged me over $285 in overdraft fees for a $10 preauthorization. I am fighting with the bank over this as it should not have happened. In the meantime the two checks that are in payday loan will be deposited to my account. Since it is closed I want to know how much trouble I am going to be in. I do not have the money to pay them in full.

I need aloan to pay off my childrens tuition, pay my summer tuition, and reregister my girls for the fall. Did you read the part about the bad credit. I need lenders almost like loan sharks that will lend to anyone, like me with bad, terrible credit. I am considered high risk. I need a lender who will give me a chance despite my credit score.
Let me express something. I have no family, part of my debt comes from the house that was forclosed on when I had my stroke, and I loss everything in it, and the payday loan thing. With that said, it is not that I run up debt, I live in a cheap 1 bedroom so my girls could go to that school, and yes I will take a semester off if I have to. I received a letter from the prosecuting attorney, a 10 day notice that criminal charges will be filed against me unless I pay this debt by the 17th of December.This couldn’t have come at a worse time.
