Paul asks…
Does anyone know of any online installment loans for people with less than perfect credit?
I am looking for more of a debt consolidation loan, not a payday loan. Any informed info would be appreciated. Thanks!

Betty asks…
Where can I find a debt consolidation loan w/ bad credit for about 10,000 dollars?
I need to wipe out everything quickly and show a good payment history. The debts are too old to get a traditonal bank loan. I have thought about the the online cash advance payday high intrest loans b/c I am more lkely to get approved . I am beginning to think it is worth it so that can repay an old debt to my college so I can graduate, finally obtain a regular loan to secure a home loan instead of paying out high rent as a single parent of three. Where can I get this sort of loan and do the ways out weigh the means in my case.

Loans Guide answers:
Try the website below and read it all. There are several links to debt consolidation loans for those in need of credit report repair and debt help!
I got my score up from 480 to 709 in one year with the help I got from this site! Debt consolidation is not a bad way to go if it means that you avoid bankruptcy and defaulting on your loans and credit cards!

Sharon asks…
What is the quickest way to payoff payday loans?
Other than not taking them out in the first place, what can I do to pay off some payday loans that I did when we hit a money slump…We are slowly getting back on tract otherwise (budgeting mortgage payments weekly, working with debt consolidation) but now these are hanging over our heads!

Loans Guide answers:
I was in the same situation about 6 months ago. It is very hard to get them payed off, they charge so much interest. I was lucky enough to sell a motorcycle I had and used a portion of that money to pay them off. I have vowed to not fall into that trap again.
It has been hard but I have managed to do it.
I am finally able to quit robbing Peter to pay Paul.
I am sorry I was not more help, but I wanted you to know you are not the only one that has had this problem.

Donald asks…
Should I get a loan to pay off the collections agencies?
Should debt consolidation loans be taken to pay off collections agencies, or should they only be used for paying off credit cards? I have debt of about 10,000 from medical bills and payday advances among other things. I want to pay off all my debts so my credit can start recovering.

Loans Guide answers:
Get a copy of your credit report. Consolidation is fine as long as your new annual percentage rate is going to enable you to save money in the long term. Make sure you do your home work on where you decide to get the loan. Sometimes you can negotiate with your creditors to get them to take a lump sum settlement. There are companies that will do that for you but again, be careful who you choose. Financial quagmires like we are in today makes the con artists come out of the woodwork. You might be able to get some sort of financial assistance on the medical bills.

Mandy asks…
horrible credit installment loan in canada?
need to get an installment loan in alberta canada.. unfortunately i have some money issues and because i really screwed up my credit when i was younger and i need to get a consolidation loan or installment personal loan to get it all caught up.. i can make the payments i just need to find somwhere willing to lend me..
payday loans are out of the question they are too small and they need to be payed back too soon.. i need something that is at least 3 months to a year

Loans Guide answers:
With horrible credit, you are not going to get a loan. Period.
And, whatever you do, do NOT contact any of the many spammers that answered your question. They will all want up front fees or will send you a counterfeit check and ask you to wire money back to them! You will be worse off if you believe their scam.

Thomas asks…
what happens if i didnt pay my payday loan for the cash store?

Loans Guide answers:
You have to read your contact to know for certain. But, typically, they will send a notice to your boss to have wages withheld for them to be repaid. Or, they will take you to court and get a judgment against you allowing them to garnish your wages for repayment.
While all this is going on, the late fees and interest will compound.
The best thing to do is to find another source of money, pay these folks off, and stay away from them in the future. They are parasites who prey off of people.

Ruth asks…
Is anybody else disgusted with those payday loan stores?
Their only purpose is the suck the communities dry.
It’s legal loansharking.
They exist only to prey on the poor.

Loans Guide answers:
YES.. I cannot STAND those stores.. I worked for one for a little over a year, and I quit because I really got to know my customers and I just could not bear to see such nice people getting screwed over every two weeks or month on their loan.. (Not everyone that goes to those stores are “white trash” as I have heard many people say!!) The stores should be illegal!! And what’s worse.. The company I used to work for had us pass out these little flyer things that said “We really want you to pay off the loan because a Payday Loan is a TEMPORARY solution to your money problems only..” Yet they would sent people promotions and have us talk people into coming back in for repeat business.. It’s ridiculous!!
I worked for the very first payday loan store that ever came out.. And I’d NEVER go back!! The pay was so crappy that they even tried to entice us employees into taking out loans with them “at a discounted rate..” Pshhh.. Please.. My advice to those in need – STAY AWAY!! Just ask a friend or family member for the money.. Do NOT use a payday loan store.. You’ll NEVER get out from under it!! They suck you dry like leeches!!

Sandra asks…
I have 2 store front payday loans and 3 online payday loans. I heard that one of my loan companies are illegal?
Kingston Financial, BIG, and Media Cash, I’m not worried about the store fronts but does anyone have any ideals on how to get me out from under these debts? I got laid off and I can’t afford to pay them all or even the interest I have paid the loans off twice by just paying the interest. please help.
I got behind on bills and 1 led to 2 and 2 led to 3 and before I knew it I was taking another one to pay the other one. my bank advised me to close my account and open a new one cause of the activity that was going on causing me to go into a negative balance. this was a stupid thing to do but at the time I was desperate and I thought I had it under control please let me know I’m not the only one going through this nightmare.

Loans Guide answers:
Finally a girl, By my experiences, and alot of serious research, you should only work with established, land-based, payday lenders, which many have on-line sites.
Additionally, do not, borrow from more than one payday lender at a time. This is how many people get into trouble with payday loans, by over extending them selves beyond the qualified amount given by a lender. Http://www.americaschoicetoday.com/Payday-Loan.html

Jenny asks…
Should goverments put payday loan stores in their place?
Should governments put payday loan stores in their place?
I have a real problem with some payday loan stores (from a ethical standpoint) because they charge high interest rates, unknown and unreasonable charges, and lend money to persons who are on welfare and fixed incomes.
I notice a lot of these places ask for a lot of information about the persons. Some of these stores require so much ID and banking information from people, it’s seems unnecessary and a waste of time.
They are also very tough on people who cannot pay loans back on time (eg. the person loses their job)
Now, I know there will be some people who will answer by saying ” don’t get a loan if you can’t pay it back” I already know that.
The question is should governments get tough on some of these companies for taking advantage of people.
Should they make it illegal to loan money to people on ‘fixed incomes’ and ‘walfare’
I don’t get loans from stores or banks.
I don’t get loans from payday loan stores.
There are some payday loan stores that do not loan money to people on fixed incomes. But there are still many that do.
No spam please
I’m not referring to Banks or even credit card companies. I’m referring to stores that loan money to people on a short term basis.
Sometimes the stores will let a person ‘roll’ over there loan to the next week or month. Thus, forcing people to prolong their debt.

Loans Guide answers:
II am not usually big on government intervention, but think the government should have gone after payday loans long before they went after credit cards.
I believe they are a shock and a disgrace. They take advantage of the poor and the uneducated. Those of us who care need to take a stand against these vipers. Some charge 95% interest. I don’t know how they sleep at night.
Maybe I should get a parttime job at one, and slip the people some information on how long it will take them to get out of debt. If they use the service.
Thank you – good question.

Betty asks…
Is it legal for payday loan place allowed to disclose case proceedings on someone else’s answering machine?
An old payday loan store called my parents house (because they do not have a number to call me) and disclosed all the case information and where they were from on their answering machine. Their answering machine message clearly states who lives there, and I am not one of them. I was wondering if this is even legal to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Even a point in the right direction. Thanks!! ![]()
I didn’t give them this number to call me at. I used them as reference, but they said they wouldn’t tell them anything like that.

Loans Guide answers:
That is the contact number that you gave them to contact you at, so what would you expect. You should call them right away and change your contact info. Then you have some standing. Then get to the business of paying this off and never do it again so you don’t have to deal with it.

Does Anyone know Where I Can Get Loan Help Info?
I don’t have the best of credit but I have a co-signer and my own business. (That’s what the loan will be used for) but all I get online is payday lenders and I can’t find a serious lender. Any ideas?

Loans Guide answers:
I would advise that you contact your local financial instituition and they should be able to help you with the matter at hand

Chris asks…
I need a quick loan..?
Im in a bit of a cash crunch, i need cash fast… i keep trying to use online payday loans but none of them are lenders, they are all “third party” crap…do anyone know of any lenders, that can do quick loans..only about 400 to 500 dollars.

Loans Guide answers:
Pawn shops offer what you are looking for

William asks…
I need money now! Payday loan company?
I have been searching for a legitimate payday loan company online, but they are all scams that redirect me to another site that is asking for the same info again. I need to buy food and get some prescriptions. I don’t get paid until Thursday and I have no one to ask for help. I have used a payday loan in the past and it worked out fine, but the company closed down. If anyone knows of a legit lender, please let me know. I have nothing to pawn, unless I pawn my PSP2…..which I m going to look into right now.
I am in NY.
I have nothing of value (material-wise) except my playstation and my cats, lol
See this is the problem..From the answers here,it’s all spam. I guess there are not legit payday companies anymore….

Loans Guide answers:
If you have an account at a credit union, maybe you can get a payday loan from there. Or just pawn you psp2. Or borrow from your friends.
P.s. Pls dont sell your cats! =)

Richard asks…
has anyone ever used pdl services and if so are their services legit or is this just a rip-off?
I contacted them so that I could get my payday loans consolidated into a lower monthly payment and they want me to send them $200 just to get started. The way they explained it sounded good but I’m still stuck on this $200 initial fee they want me to pay them to contact the lenders on my behalf I mean I can do that myself. I’m asking anyone who’s done this is or know of someone who has to please let me know if this is a good service to use or not. I’ve read several different things some good and some bad please help. I have 3 online payday loans and the interest is killing me.

Loans Guide answers:
I would not do this. In my state we have a Consumer Credit Counseling that help people and they charge hardly nothing. You will only get in deeper. Call a credit union bank and let them tell you of a local group where you live. They charged me like 2.10 cents several years ago. Now as far as those pay day loans, there is not really much they can do to you. Either pay them off or take your money of the bank and stop taking their calls. I know that that doesn’t sound right to some people but they are crooks and I know this first hand. They really don’t want you to pay them off because this is the way they make their money. Thankfully we had a bank manger to fight them.

Maria asks…
How Can I Find A Loan Shark?
I am in need of a loan shark in Birmingham, AL. I have tried all other options & am now in a very bad situation. I am not talking about online lenders or payday lenders. I need the real thing. I would appreciate your help.
I would appreciate it if people did not reply to this question if they really don’t have an answer. I requested that I did not want to hear about online lenders. They are mostly scams.
Sunday Sunday, or whoever you are, don’t you realize that gates donald is a SCAM. All the lenders that have replied to this question, are SCAMS.

Loans Guide answers:
You do not want any online lenders, because in your own words they are a scam. You are right on that account.
But you also don’t want any any payday lenders. Is this because you don’t have a job and therefore can’t qualify? Payday lenders are at the bottom of the barrel as far as finance institutions are concerned and many charge outrageous rates, but at least they operate within the law.
Loan sharks charge you 5-10% interest. Oh, not as an annual percentage rate, but rather per week (interest rate = 260% to 520% per year). But Giovanni at 72nd and Federal will not give you any money unless he has verified were you live. If you then can’t pay him back within a week or two including that big interest charge, then he is going to give you a visit. He will ask you to pay him on the spot or he’ll break your bones. But where are you going to get the money in that short a time if you have no job? Maybe he is not going to break you bones personally, but he will be sending Tony by to do the dirty work. Tony also had no job and could not pay his loan back, so he went to work for Giovanni. It’s just a job for Tony, you know, nothing personal.
OK, you are at the end of the rope. Try a public agency and see if you can get a government handout. You’ll probably get it if you have a GOOD reason and it is for a GOOD cause. Otherwise, the best is course of action for you is to do nothing at all and let the chips fall where they may. I can guarantee you, the consequences are not half as bad than if you get a loan from Giovanni.

Mandy asks…
what are chances for payday loan lenders or credit cards other then your banks sueing or taking u to court ?

Loans Guide answers:
When you take out a payday loan you sign a contract with your signature which outlines your obligation to pay. If you do not pay the loan back, the payday loan company has every right by law to either deposit your check they are holding, and if they money is not there you are charged NSF fees and then taken to court, sued and if granted a judgement, your wages are garnished. Payday loan companies are there as a “convenience” loan to help when you are short on cash. When abused, you get in the bind of not being able to pay them or pay any of them and results in a suit against you…then goes against your credit.

Ruth asks…
Why do most people have such a negative view of payday lenders?
I am a payday lender.
I see so many people posting how bad payday loans and payday lenders are and how they rip people off, threaten or hassle people who do not pay.
Like in any industry, there is the good and the bad operators. I would like to see the bad ones removed more than most. I strongly believe there is a need for payday loans to assist those individuals who cannot get a loan elsewhere or those who need funds urgently until their next payday.
We have many clients and have never threatened anyone. Our contracts are extremely clear and simple to understand and contain many warnings. We also believe we are the cheapest in the market but still charge high rates.
We send the standard letters if clients do not pay and forward accounts to our collection agents if they do not respond. We do not continue to add fees and charges once it gets to collections which is within a few weeks of the final due date.
I don’t think this is being unreasonable. What do you guys think?

Loans Guide answers:
People who take out payday loans are, in general, irrespsonsible with money to begin with. Most people go to payday loans not out of emergency, but to cover or buy things after they’ve already spent their paycheck. Now when they can’t make their paycheck last even until the next paycheck, when you add repaying a payday loan, they are now short even more and it snowballs into more and more payday loans. Makes a victim out of people who cannot properly manage money to begin with. Easy cash = easy trouble for consumers.
I’m not saying there is no good intentions ever. I’m going by looking at my customers and how they use them. They always get in trouble and payday loans ends up making their situation worse. Some are just in tears. One ended up with 9 payday loans. A loan – even a small one – isn’t usually the best thing when people have financial problems. If they are having financial troubles, adding to that is not helping them.

Donna asks…

Susan asks…
What happens if you get a loan from a payday lender but cant pay it back?
I wrote a check to one of those payday loan places but my check didn’t clear my bank. Does anyone know the process of paying it back?

Loans Guide answers:
Get out your contract NOW and read all that fine print you signed. You are now going to be hit with additional fees. Realize this is NOT just a check that did not clear. Your bank will charge for the NSF check (about $34) AND the payday lender will charge for the returned check (could be $25 or more) if they redeposit it again and the funds are still not available your bank will again hit you for the NSF check (another $34) and the payday lender will send it to an attorney for collections (additional attorney fees).
Call them and make good on the debt immediately, as you can see, the debt can rack up quickly beyond the fees your already being charged.

Susan asks…
should i get some payday loans?
i know this sounds terrible, but hear me out. i am pretty unfamiliar with payday loans.
i am going across the country with a friend this summer, and i will need some cash. i am currently unemployed in northern new england and i have yet to find a job. the situation is quite dire up here, and i’m sure some of you know how it is.
anyway… if i can’t find a job when the time comes, i was thinking about getting some type of easy loan (i.e. a payday loan?) as my credit is very poor and i have no source of income. i have seen some online payday loan companies that claim they do no job checks – however im not sure that this is true… i’ll look into it further.
my question is such: what legal rights do they have? i know there is a contract and yadda yadda but will the retaliation be anything more than the usual daily harassing phone calls? because i’m used to that already with my college loans and credit card debt, and it really doesnt bother me. so ar am i not in any legal trouble, and i really dont want to end up in court (although i suppose even if i did they wouldnt really be able to squeeze me dry, considering i am a broke ragamuffin).
keep in mind after i get these loans i will be travelling to and perhaps staying forever on the other side of the continent. SO! please keep an open mind and give me your opinions.
thank you!!!
im aware that you need a paycheck, BUT as i mentioned in my original question i have seen companies online that claim they do not check for jobs… i’m not sure how true that is though.
so yeah. read my question.

Loans Guide answers:
The question is not if you “can you get a payday loan”, but rather “should you”. If you are unemployed and do not have any source of income, how are you going to pay it back. I am sure its mentioned in the fine print that they will not verify your job only you meet some criteria. Give it a shot, its worth a try. But mind you the interest rate is ridiculously high and you take the loan only if you are sure you can pay it back. Since you have no income source, please do not take such a loan. You will be in a debt trap forever. If you need some money, reach out to friends or family, or apply for a credit card or personal loan.
Hope this helps. Good luck.

Paul asks…
Where can I find a Private Student Loan that DON”T do credit checks?
I will be starting class online at University of Phoenix. My FAFSA and everything is not enough for my expenses. I need a private loan that I can payback once graduated. I need maybe 4-5 thousand at the most. NO ONE can co-sign for me so that is NOT an option. My credit score is in the low 500 so its not good at all. I would prefer a student loan but also if you could give me websites on loans period that would be good also. NO PAYDAY LOANS! and remember….NO CREDIT CHECKS……Specifically for Students or people in general with LOW credit score, NO credit or BAD credit.
And I dont need ignorant remarks, PLEASE ONLY RESPOND WITH HELPFUL INFO! I would like guaranteed APPROVAL… Thank You in advance

Loans Guide answers:
You won’t, every private student loan company will check your credit.

Charles asks…
cash advance or payday metabank?
i know there is very few legit payday loans out there online does anyone know a payday or loan service with no credit check that works with metabank. no spam or people telling me how bad payday loans are but im in a bind a need one

Loans Guide answers:
Christmas is a very good opportunity to take the loans. The lenders in order to attract more customers give discounts and bonuses for giving out cash before Christmas. The rate of interest is also much less than other seasons. Hence getting cash before Christmas is now easy and fast. Gear up for the Christmas without worrying about the expenses.
The most efficient way to receive multiple quotes and find the best deal is to utilize a multiple lender website that is affiliated with several payday lending companies. These websites will make the payday loan companies compete over your loan and therefore you are able to compare and choose the best rate. Check out the following link for a top multiple lender website:

Linda asks…
Any legit non-payday personal loans online?
My boyfriend and I are trying to get get a personal loan, or any loan that we can for about $7000, $5000 of it to buy his sisters house. I have bad credit and everywhere we’ve gone in the past has told my boyfriend he doesn’t have enough credit history. We recently got him a credit card to start establishing credit, but he hasn’t had it long enough to really show anything. We are going to try the financial places around here, but I wanted to check and see if there’s any legit places online to try, we both work different shifts, so it’s hard to get together to go and apply. We have already tried lendingtree, american general, and prosper.com. Nothing for any of them. Lending tree is still pending, but I doubt it. We don’t have anyone to cosign for us, no family to borrow it from, and we don’t care how much the interest rate is. Thanks in advance.

Loans Guide answers:
There are so many uses for old secured personal loans, and the chances are you will be able to get one quickly and easily. It’s a common idea that only homeowners can get loans from finance companies. That just isn’t true, most people can apply for and receive an unsecured personal all kinds of uses you can get loansday loan, and some companies let you apply online. The interest rate you pay will be made very clear to by the broker before you sign anything. As will the amount of the monthly payment, and how long you have to make those payments for. Any quality broker will go out of his way to make sure you understand these rules.

David asks…
Anyone done business with 5050loan.com?
I am asking this question for a second time, as all of the replies I received during the past several days, nobody seemed to read my question and just started providing links to various bad credit loan companies, payday loan companies, and companies that only fund loans up to $1,500. I am not interested in any of these loan companies. So please read my question before submitting your answer(s). Thank you.
In this case, if you have not received a loan via 5050loan.com, you WILL NOT be able to answer my question, so please do not bother to answer my question if you HAVE NOT received a loan through 5050 loan.com. Thank you for your understanding.
MY QUESTION:
After seeing various online ads provided by 5050loan.com (see some of their claims below), along with reading the positive feedback on 5050loan.com in Yahoo Answers already, I was already to try my luck at getting one of their loans. However upon going to their website today (08-03-10), they have a statement on their website that states: “AS OF JULY 19, 2010 WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY NEW LOAN PACKAGE SUBMISSIONS DUE TO THE LARGE VOLUME OF SUBMISSIONS WE HAVE REACHED OUR MAXIMUM PROCESSING FOR THE MONTH OF JULY ”.
I have never heard of a business or company having to put potential customers on hold like this. Yet upon doing a little further online research of this company, it looks like they have over advertised and they seem to have quite a few ads on Craigslist and The Backpage and have ads on other various online advertising venues all over the country. Well it must be nice! I sure wish I could get a job working for them if they are that backed-up with business. SMILE! Yet upon reading a few media articles on this company, it seems that they work with several lenders and are not the actual lender themself. So I was wondering if anyone that has a loan through 5050loan.com, can you please provide me your lender name and telephone number. Because I somehow have a feeling that 5050loan.com is going to be swamped for awhile, and I would like to apply for a loan through one of their lenders, since 5050loan.com seems to be the only company out there that might be able to help a person like me in my financial situation get a loan for $25,000, yet if they are that busy at the moment, I hope by going to one of their lenders directly, I can have better luck to see if I can get a loan or not, rather than waiting for 5050loan.com to open their doors to start taking applications once again. Seeing that it is already August 3rd, they still have not updated their website to provide a status on when they will be taking applications again.
I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks everyone : – )
Ernesto

Loans Guide answers:
Lol, listen buddy.. Ur obviously really young, I’m guessing 19 or 20 years old. The truth is these websites scam you for money. It starts with statements like the above telling you you can’t get loans anymore. This phycology makes you want it even more. Thus the second they remove this banner, you will be willing to give them money up front.
You seem like you are stubborn and not open to realities of how business work. NO Business will loan you money if you don’t have a job. The ones that do are in it to rob you blind. They do this all the time, they are experts, you don’t have a chance.
And because you are stubborn, you will probably ignore my post, and give them your money anyway. Just remember when you are getting phone calls from collection agencies and have no money left, that you really need to wake up : )
