Your Questions About Payday Loans Without Checking Account

Lizzie asks…

Who invented payday loans?

I’m only asking, is because I’ve been trying so hard to get out of them. I do at one point,. But that’s only by closing my checking account and than settling it by a fraction of the cost. It’s quite aggravating! The interest is so high. You have to take out a payday loan to pay off another one sometimes! I mean a lot of people have money problems, I Just wish I never had gotten into it. Is anyone else in this situation? And how did they get out of it? I have a cash advance opened through my bank account..and I’m trying so hard (without being extremely broke) to get out of it. It’s not even high.

Loans Guide answers:

Tabatha r, By my experiences, and alot of serious research, you should only work with established, land-based, payday lenders. Many of them also have on-line sites.

Additionally, do not, borrow from more than one payday lender at a time. This is how many people get into trouble with payday loans, by over extending them selves beyond the qualified amount given by a lender. Http://www.goodinternetdeals.com/Payday-Loan.html

Nancy asks…

overdrawn on my checking account by $800.00us just lost my house and do not know how to get out of this. help?

i filed bankruptcy and am trying to figure out the best way to pay this without a payday loan which would make matters worse

Loans Guide answers:

If you filed BK, then include the $800 you owe the bank in your BK and it will be discharged. Do realize that this will cause your checking account to be toast.

Jenny asks…

Payday loans question?

My friend has to pay 94 dollars or else he goes to jail. He has a savings account but not a checking account. Is there any companies that he can get roughly 100 dollars from without writing a check? Can he write a check from his savings account? He makes roughly 2,000 a month. We’re outside of seattle, wa

Loans Guide answers:

You can’t write a check from a savings account. You can only write a check from a checking account. Does he have money in this checking account? Why can’t he just go withdraw the $100?

I seriously doubt the payday loan folks will be able to put him in jail if he doesn’t pay. We don’t have debtor’s prison in the US. Typically the payday loan place already has access to your bank account. Did your friend close that account?

Payday loans are bad. The interest rate is like 600%. If you don’t pay, the collectors are very nasty and don’t mind breaking the rules. The normally require access to your bank account and make you sign an agreement to allow garnishment of your wages if you don’t pay. Thus they don’t bother with credit checks.

You friend needs to pay this off. He needs to find the cash some place other than another loan. Have a garage sale, pawn something, sell blood, collect alum cans, get a second job — pizza delivery has flexible hours and you get tips.

Mary asks…

what can I do about unauthorized checking account with drawls form unknown businesses?

I had to get me a payday loan over the internet.Everything seemed fine and I got the loan, but 2 days after the loan money was deposited in my account,”companies” , I don’t even know, started to with draw money, for different things, out of my bank account without my knowledge. At first I thought it was just a mix up in the account number or something like that, but it happen 3 times, always a different company. I did get a refund from one of them, and still waiting on a refund from the others. But the last transaction from one of them left my account with an overdraft fee.
What can I do to stop these actions? without closing my account.
I’m almost afraid to deposit any more money into my account, but yet, I have to pay for the overdraft fees the banks charges me.
Can I contact the BBB and report the Loan company as ” illegit”? or report the companies that withdraw money from my account?
Can I take any legal actions against those companies? if so, how would I go about it?
Please don’t give me answers like; “you should have known better” or “how dumb can u be”.
At this moment I need “helpful answers” not a “blame”.
Thanks for all the answers, and I do apreciate the first 3 I have received, thank you.
The restof you did NOT give me an answer to my Question, but rather gave me “New Offers” to get a loan, with their loan company.
I did NOT ask “where I can get a loan”, Read the Question! Please.

Loans Guide answers:

You can try to take legal action, but they will probably just tell you someone authorized the transactions, and for all you know that’s true. It may not be the loan company, but a dishonest employee. You should definitely close the account. Most banks, though if you file a fraud dispute, are more than happy to forgive fees and change your account number. It protects them and you from further loss when your account has been compromised. File a police report and contact your bank immediately, even for the one you were refunded on. I’ve had it happen before where the company returned the money but put the fraudulent debt into collections. The police report will offer some protection.

James asks…

I need to know if a payday loan company can legally charge 125% interest without telling you in the agreement?

I borrowed $ 200 from an online lender and the agreement said my total repayment would be $260.
I thought that was a bit steep as is. so I called on the phone and was told that that is the total charges i would be required to pay. now that the loan is repaid they say the $260 was just the finance charge and now I owe another $260. I refuse to pay 520 dollars for a $200 loan. What are my rights? they have my checking account # and the payments have been coming out eletronically.

Loans Guide answers:

Your rights and obligations are what you agreed to in the contract. Payday loans are an expensive scam and you are finding out why.

Usually, a lot of the high fees are charged upfront with “origination” fees, “service” fees, “contract” fees and the like. So, they really aren’t lying when they give you a particular interest rate, but you are still obligating yourself to a LOT of money.

You can, and should, complain to your state’s Attorney General and the Federal Trade Comission, but chances are you signed a legal contract so you will still have to pay up to get this to go away.

If you believe a lender has violated the Truth in Lending Act, file a complaint by calling the Federal Trade Commission Consumer Response Center toll-free at 1-877-FTC-HELP (382-4357).

Your Questions About Payday Loan Store

Thomas asks…

what happens if i didnt pay my payday loan for the cash store?

Loans Guide answers:

You have to read your contact to know for certain. But, typically, they will send a notice to your boss to have wages withheld for them to be repaid. Or, they will take you to court and get a judgment against you allowing them to garnish your wages for repayment.

While all this is going on, the late fees and interest will compound.

The best thing to do is to find another source of money, pay these folks off, and stay away from them in the future. They are parasites who prey off of people.

Ruth asks…

Is anybody else disgusted with those payday loan stores?

Their only purpose is the suck the communities dry.
It’s legal loansharking.
They exist only to prey on the poor.

Loans Guide answers:

YES.. I cannot STAND those stores.. I worked for one for a little over a year, and I quit because I really got to know my customers and I just could not bear to see such nice people getting screwed over every two weeks or month on their loan.. (Not everyone that goes to those stores are “white trash” as I have heard many people say!!) The stores should be illegal!! And what’s worse.. The company I used to work for had us pass out these little flyer things that said “We really want you to pay off the loan because a Payday Loan is a TEMPORARY solution to your money problems only..” Yet they would sent people promotions and have us talk people into coming back in for repeat business.. It’s ridiculous!!

I worked for the very first payday loan store that ever came out.. And I’d NEVER go back!! The pay was so crappy that they even tried to entice us employees into taking out loans with them “at a discounted rate..” Pshhh.. Please.. My advice to those in need – STAY AWAY!! Just ask a friend or family member for the money.. Do NOT use a payday loan store.. You’ll NEVER get out from under it!! They suck you dry like leeches!!

Sandra asks…

I have 2 store front payday loans and 3 online payday loans. I heard that one of my loan companies are illegal?

Kingston Financial, BIG, and Media Cash, I’m not worried about the store fronts but does anyone have any ideals on how to get me out from under these debts? I got laid off and I can’t afford to pay them all or even the interest I have paid the loans off twice by just paying the interest. please help.
I got behind on bills and 1 led to 2 and 2 led to 3 and before I knew it I was taking another one to pay the other one. my bank advised me to close my account and open a new one cause of the activity that was going on causing me to go into a negative balance. this was a stupid thing to do but at the time I was desperate and I thought I had it under control please let me know I’m not the only one going through this nightmare.

Loans Guide answers:

Finally a girl, By my experiences, and alot of serious research, you should only work with established, land-based, payday lenders, which many have on-line sites.

Additionally, do not, borrow from more than one payday lender at a time. This is how many people get into trouble with payday loans, by over extending them selves beyond the qualified amount given by a lender. Http://www.americaschoicetoday.com/Payday-Loan.html

Jenny asks…

Should goverments put payday loan stores in their place?

Should governments put payday loan stores in their place?
I have a real problem with some payday loan stores (from a ethical standpoint) because they charge high interest rates, unknown and unreasonable charges, and lend money to persons who are on welfare and fixed incomes.
I notice a lot of these places ask for a lot of information about the persons. Some of these stores require so much ID and banking information from people, it’s seems unnecessary and a waste of time.
They are also very tough on people who cannot pay loans back on time (eg. the person loses their job)
Now, I know there will be some people who will answer by saying ” don’t get a loan if you can’t pay it back” I already know that.
The question is should governments get tough on some of these companies for taking advantage of people.
Should they make it illegal to loan money to people on ‘fixed incomes’ and ‘walfare’
I don’t get loans from stores or banks.
I don’t get loans from payday loan stores.
There are some payday loan stores that do not loan money to people on fixed incomes. But there are still many that do.
No spam please
I’m not referring to Banks or even credit card companies. I’m referring to stores that loan money to people on a short term basis.
Sometimes the stores will let a person ‘roll’ over there loan to the next week or month. Thus, forcing people to prolong their debt.

Loans Guide answers:

II am not usually big on government intervention, but think the government should have gone after payday loans long before they went after credit cards.

I believe they are a shock and a disgrace. They take advantage of the poor and the uneducated. Those of us who care need to take a stand against these vipers. Some charge 95% interest. I don’t know how they sleep at night.

Maybe I should get a parttime job at one, and slip the people some information on how long it will take them to get out of debt. If they use the service.

Thank you – good question.

Betty asks…

Is it legal for payday loan place allowed to disclose case proceedings on someone else’s answering machine?

An old payday loan store called my parents house (because they do not have a number to call me) and disclosed all the case information and where they were from on their answering machine. Their answering machine message clearly states who lives there, and I am not one of them. I was wondering if this is even legal to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Even a point in the right direction. Thanks!! :)
I didn’t give them this number to call me at. I used them as reference, but they said they wouldn’t tell them anything like that.

Loans Guide answers:

That is the contact number that you gave them to contact you at, so what would you expect. You should call them right away and change your contact info. Then you have some standing. Then get to the business of paying this off and never do it again so you don’t have to deal with it.

Your Questions About Payday Loan Consolidation Help

Robert asks…

Debit relief / consolidation?

im in great debt.. around $6000.. i dont know what to do. I’m currently unemployed and looking for another job. all my credit cards are maxed out and i have some outstanding payday loans. my banks has a negative balance because of OD fees.. im out of money. what can i do? file a bankruptcy?.. help me!

Loans Guide answers:

You would be foolish to file for bankruptcy for 6k in debt. It will ruin your credit for 10 years!

Take whatever job you can get and call your creditors to go a payment plan that you can afford.

Donna asks…

Loans for Bad Credit…Help!?

I need to get an emergency loan…fast!

My credit isn’t that bad (my credit score is 623), but I can’t get a personal loan from my bank. They said that they would only give me an auto loan, which I don’t need. I don’t want to get any more payday loans. I’m told that not in debt enough to declare bankruptcy, but I can’t get caught up on bills.

I’ve also been told that I should not get debt consolidation, as that might make your credit worse. If I could get just enough to get caught up on bills (utilities, medical) I should be alright–I only need about $2,000.

Is there some service on somewhere online that provides some kind of loan to suit my needs? Help…any (serious) advice would be very much appreciated!

Loans Guide answers:

If they service your area these are good and BBB approved

Loans Guide answers:

File for bankruptcy. You will get the pressure from them stating your credit history will be ruined, never be able to buy a house, etc. Do not be fooled by that. Bankruptcy will force you to straighten up your finances. Be aware though that, after bankruptcy, you will get offers from everyone and anyone to re-establish your credit history. TEAR UP AND THROW THOSE OFFERS AWAY! You will be back on your feet in a few years if you keep your finances on the straight and narrow .

Loans Guide answers:

Try to look for somewhere cheaper to live. However, you may need to pay a deposit. You could try making money by;

Ebay e.g. Make things that you could sell such as Birthday cards, bracelets
Wash cars
Ironing service
Teaching students things you know a lot about
Charging to write essays

That’s just a few ideas, sorry if they’re no good. Good luck with the future! :)

Thomas asks…

Does anyone know of any legitimate high risk lenders?

I need a personal loan to consolidate my credit card debt. I ran a lot of them up on medical bills, I’ve made good on my payments the last three years or so. My credit is slowly rising because of this, but the poor choices of my foolish youth drag my credit score down. I am at my wits end, I’ve tried many big name lenders, but with no avail, I am becoming really stressed over this. I do not want to go into debt consolidation, I have a steady income (I work for the Social Services). I just am tired of throwing money away on high interest rates on from my credit card providers (some are as high as 30%!!!!). I’ve been contacted by Parkwood Lending Group…they want me to secure my loan with a six month payment advance. I think that sounds fishy and as far as I have researched, I haven’t found any good info on them at all. I don’t know what to do. Help? FYI, payday loans are a no-no. They charge incredible fees, it should be illegal.

Loans Guide answers:

“Parkwood Lending” is a an “advance fee” scam.

They change their name constantly, but the fraud is simple. They promise they can loan you money, but only if you send THEM your money first…. Only your money is real.

Their website has been out there for less than 2 weeks.
Their supposed address is a grove of trees.
They want you to use western union or moneygram to send the money to someone in Canada.

Getting A Payday Loan Online When You Need Extra Cash Until Payday

September 27, 2010 by Loans Guide

Even in case you don’t have a car title or tons of valuables to put up as collateral, you can nonetheless get cash until payday when you need it to get you out of a urgent money problem. There are lots of lenders who are willing to extend payday loans to those that really need them, whatever the circumstances might be.

There are numerous different, yet valid reasons which will lead you to need just a little more cash until payday. It may be that your gas and lights are on the verge of being shut off or your truck is in danger of being repossessed. As a substitute for permitting these dangerous things to happen to you, it is better to seek out some short-term financial help to pull you out of the hole before it occurs.

If you’re having difficulty getting the loan you need at local payday lenders, you should always look on the Internet for payday lenders. Normally, they will lend you some cash until payday simply based on documentation that you’re employed and that you’ve got a paycheck being directly deposited on ongoing basis.

If that sounds a little far fetched to you, do a search online and find out for yourself. So long as you borrow responsibly and don’t go beyond the amount you’ll be able to reasonably afford to repay in the short-term, you can see that payday loans may be an invaluable resource for making ends meet during difficult financial times.

One nice perk to shopping around for loans through the Internet: you’ll be able to evaluate interest rates and services from completely different lenders to make sure that you get the most effective deal possible. Even when you plan on going to a nearby business to apply for a payday loan or different type of quick money loan, it’s in your best interest to look on-line to ensure there are not better options in your neighborhood.

If you borrow cash until payday through a lender online, you not only get the very best deal, but often you can get the cash transferred into your checking account quicker than if you walk right into a walk-in store and ask for the loan. The process is taken care of completely online and they can process your application and your loan funds extremely quick, all from the comfort of your home.

The one trick to borrowing cash using payday loans is to be reasonable about what you can afford to borrow. The worst thing you can do is solve an issue now and find yourself in an even worse position down the road by borrowing more money than you need and can easily afford to pay off in 2 weeks. Though the money comes fast, these loans still need to be paid off.

Payday Advance Cash Online Can Help You Get Through Tough Spots

May 31, 2010 by Loans Guide

Life is full of high points and low points. The low points are usually greatest described by Murphy’s Law. Murphy’s Law tells us that “If It Can Go Wrong It Will”. When things go wrong, it is normally in accordance with corollary four of Murphy’s Law “at the worst time”. When cash problems occur they typically happen at absolutely the worst possible time. That is when the bank account is approaching a $0.00 balance and payday is a minimum of a week or more away. When that expensive car repair or every other main expense comes up and you want money right now, what do you do? One of many options is get a payday advance cash online. This short-term loan can help you thru the tough spot and help alleviate Murphy’s Law.

It doesn’t take an Internet authority to discover a payday advance cash online service. Simply typing “payday advance cash online” into any web browser’s search will yield actually lots of of firms that supply payday advance cash online loans. Merely choose a few, and determine which firm gives one of the best deal for you.

Payday advance cash online loans are similar to any other loan. One of the most vital issues to know before taking the loan out is the terms and conditions of the loan. The loan is a binding contract and if all the terms and conditions aren’t adhered to then the company that issues the loan can impose sure penalties. Not understanding the terms and conditions is just not an excuse for becoming delinquent on your loan. Usually payday advance cash online loans are short term and lots of firms contemplate the time period of the loan the subsequent payday that the borrower has. There are limits on how big the payday advance cash online loans can be and generally these limits are determined by each states legislation. While some firms will loan the limit in each state, many won’t. Before taking out the loan ensure that the amount you qualify for shall be enough to get you thru the difficult spot you’re in.

While credit checks aren’t a major factor when corporations make the decision to grant a payday advance cash online loan, there are a few things that are very important. Before everything, the applicant should be actively employed. With no job, there’s no payday. Second the applicant should have a bank account (often a checking account). The funds of the payday advance cash on-line loan are disbursed and repaid electronically, so having a checking account is a must. Lastly, the application should be absolutely completed and if the lender issuing the payday advance cash on-line loan needs more information that information is often sent via fax or email to them.

Payday advance cash on-line loans are short term loans. A lot of the loans mature in 2 – 4 weeks though a number of corporations could provide longer terms. The scale of the payday advance cash on-line loan is often between $100.00 and $500.00. On the due date of the payday advance, the amount of the loan plus the fee is deducted from the checking account of the individual receiving the loan.

Corporations that issue payday advance cash on-line loans recognize that the applicant often has a direct need for the money. To facilitate this, most loans are permitted in hours and if extra info is required, the day after they receive the entire necessary information.

The curiosity for a payday advance cash online loan is usually expressed as a interest. That charge is mostly within the range of $15.00 – $30.00 per $100.00 borrowed. The lender of payday advance cash on-line loan may additionally expresses the payment as an annual share fee (APR). If a payday advance cash online loan was taken for $600.00 for 3 weeks with a fee of $25.00 per $100.00 borrowed, the APR would be 432.52%. The borrower would pay back $750.00. Whereas the percentage rate may seem excessive, it’s important to do not forget that just about no payday advances have loan durations of a year or longer. Most payday loans are paid back in 2-3 weeks, so the “annual” percentage rate is not totally relevant for many people.

Utilizing payday advance cash online loans would not clear up long term financial issues. These loans must be reserved for thefinancialemergency when money is needed immediately. Consulting with a credit counselor is best for trying to find solutions for long term money problems.
