John asks…

i need a payday loan anybody know of sites for actual lenders everything fill out just searches for lenders ?

Loans Guide answers:

Sunshine6919_2000, I’ve searched all around for a quick payday loan online, and the best one I found, and that I’ve used a several times was http://www.americaschoicetoday.com/Payday-Loan.html – the interest rate is really low and they put the funds in by the next day. I hope this helps you, best of luck!

Betty asks…

what payday loan will not send me to lenders?

need a extra 500 so where to go

Loans Guide answers:

Sounds like you are trying to get a payday loan online
Sorry, but EVERY single one of those sites WILL take your info and just farm it out to every payday lender they know. Who knows what these people are doing with your info? Some may even charge your bank account a fee for applying!

If you REALLY think you need an extra $500 and payday lending is legal in your state, you would do better to walk into a payday lender who has a storefront.

The thing is, you need a job, a paycheck stub, utility bill to prove where you live, government issued ID, bank statement, a checking account, and 5 references if you go to a walk in payday lender.

The online ones are just going to sell your info and you will be lucky if you see any sort of loan, and if you do, watch out… They are the worst at debiting your account when you least expect it!

Carol asks…

How to beat payday lenders?

I have too many payday loans; my outgo is exceeding my income. I plan to close the checking account used to secure the loans, then send certified letters with payment proposals. No checks were written; these were internet transactions. Is this a good plan?

Loans Guide answers:

My mom got one of those on the internet before and they kept withdrawing money from her account way beyond the amount she borrowed. Some of these are major scammers. She closed the checking account when we moved to Nashville but they caught up to her and sent her collection notices and she finally started paying off the amount they claimed she owes and finally she paid it in full but the interest was so high! That’s why she owed so much I guess. It’s not really a good idea to get involved with these things because they’re really not doing you a favor. They aren’t in business for you. They’ll make a huge profit off of you.

As for fixing the situation you’re already in, you should contact each one and make payment arrangemetns. If they won’t work with you then you should probably close the account and start sending them payments to get them paid off.

Sandy asks…

can a payday loan lender take you to court for an upaid loan?

in illinois

Loans Guide answers:

Go to where you bank and discuss a payday loan loan with them. In emergencies, often a bank is more understanding than you might think .

Sometimes the Salvation Army will pull through as well,if you have one in your area.

Take time to look into your community for support, but some people don’t have all the options that come with an understanding community. Http://www.americaschoicetoday.com/Payday-Loan.html

Lisa asks…

Who thinks payday loan companies should be banned in every state?

I fell into the payday loan trap, which I struggled my way out of. Now when I see someone going into one of those places, I just want to run grab them and pull them in the opposite direction! I hate predatory lenders.

Loans Guide answers:

I think it makes more sense to teach Personal Finances rather than Geometry/Calc/higher level math, as most people would benefit much more from learning about interest rates, savings accounts, Roth IRAs, credit cards, mortgages, etc.

Payday advance companies will always exist as long as the market proves there is a need for it. There is a need primarily because children aren’t educated in how to manage their income versus their expenses.

I really dont want to get into any more debt!

like i said im 16 years old I cant even do anything through my bank!

Loans Guide answers:

It isn’t illegal to borrow money at any age, however it is illegal for the lenders to pursue you through the courts, effectively meaning that they can’t recover their money from young bad debtors and this means they will not lend to young people.

My advice would be to visit the citizens advice bureau and get their advice

Ruth asks…

Where to find lenders for emergency funding?

I have an emergency with my bank account and am getting into even more financial despair. Payday loans won’t work, because I am self-employed and income not verifiable. Please, somebody send me an angel! This is an emergency that has only 24 hours to resolve. I am desperate!
Thank-you!

Loans Guide answers:

Please realize you are only asking for trouble with this question. You need to speak to your bank about your troubles. It’s good that you can’t get a payday loan because they seem to be a bottomless pit of debt that few people can get out of.

Talk to your bank.

Jenny asks…

I am going to get a payday advance. Any suggestions on which lender?

I need to today and need to pay it back in 2 weeks. It’s only a $100 loan. Low fees if possible.

Loans Guide answers:

Plan on leaving with only one hand — payday loans are the biggest rip off and should be shut down by the city govt!!!

Chris asks…

Horrible credit loan?

Anyone aware of a finance company that can assist with a horrible credit loan? I am stuck in a rut and need to find a lender that will give the chance, I have been all through the internet, local finance companies, all i get in return is no for an answer, or payday loans with high pay off amounts in the end. I am in a very bad situation right now and need a lender who will give me the oppurtuinity to prove myself. I currently have a current loan, but no one will offer me credit until 6 mnths of good pmt history, I only have 3 showing so far; that is all the longer the loan has been out.
ANY HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

Loans Guide answers:

I recently learned about a website that uses everyday people to fund loans instead of banks. It’s VERY interesting and I am considering going to them myself both for a current loan I desire and for a possible investment further down the road. Check out www.propser.com.

From what I read, it appears that lenders (again, just people, not banks) bid against eachother to have the opportunity to fund your loan. The more they bid, the lower the interest rate (the opposite of ebay).

This company has been written up in magazines like Fortune, so they’re legit. I realize that I sound like a sales person, but I’m just fascinated with the possibilities for both lenders and borrowers with the system.

Daniel asks…

I need help to purchase my medicines this month. Where can I go?

I am a disabled retired person living on a fixed income and have run a little short this month and need my medicines. I just need $500.00 for 2 weeks. I cannot get a payday loan because my income is based on benefits. I need a legit private lender who can help me. Thank you for your positive comments ONLY.

Your Questions About Payday Loan Scams

December 10, 2011 by Loans Guide

Steven asks…

How can I know if the payday loan company isn’t a scam?

Loans Guide answers:

I did those for a while and they are as you can see how much they charge interest, as it was over 130%. It is really best if you can go a different route, if at all possible.

Richard asks…

Why are we Americans so uneducated / misinformed about personal finance?

How can so many be so ignorant about something so important? Do ppl acutally think that that the gov’t is going to give them 800 bucks; do they not realize that they have to pay it back on next years income tax? Or at least have that deducted from their refund. How can so many fall for the Payday loan scams? How did so many get into ARM mortgages? Why don’t ppl educate themselves about personal finance?

Loans Guide answers:

Because we dont teach it in school, having been in the finance industry for the last 10 years u would not believe the number of doctors, lawyers, and school teachers, particularly law enforcement officials who dont have a clue what they are doing reference a mortgage or credit, the things i have seen folks sign with good credit would blow ur mind, no the lenders arent scamming they just arent educating, this should be a course for juniors and seniors in high school and a freshman course in college, “Credit, Financing, Mortgages, and How It Works” dont laugh i am serious and bet i could write the course, there isnt 1 in 10 americans who know what they are doing with their personal finances.

Donna asks…

Can anyone help me on a good payday loan site? I keep getting the run around from site to site.?

I am looking to get a loan, but can not find a good site. I fill out the form and then it redirects me to another. I want a good loan site thats not a scam. Thanks

Loans Guide answers:

W48iceman, Try finding other methods to get the cash first. Payday loan companies offer a great service, but it’s not something just anyone should get invovled with. If you do take a loan, pay it back quickly. Http://www.goodinternetdeals.com/Payday-Loan.html

Sharon asks…

Loans Guide answers:

Do not understand what you are asking!!!

Susan asks…

Loan Modification Might Be A Very Good Option To Reduce You Monthly Payments And Save Your Home

December 27, 2010 by Loans Guide

There has been a flood of loan modification request as individuals scramble to renegotiate their mortgages in order to be able to stay in their homes. With the difficult economic conditions we have endured and continue to go through this is more than understandable. Efforts by federal, state and local governments as well as the lending industry as a response to a large increase in foreclosures.

Given that too many individuals got into homes and loans that they could not afford, many are now in a position of unable to make their mortgage payments. The reasons for seeking a loan modification vary, some were enticed by low interest rate adjustable mortgages (ARM’s) that reset and left unable to pay and others a life event such as a job loss caused their dilemma. These individuals find themselves unable to pay their monthly payment as it presently is. The banks do not have many options either. Therefore, many times the best solution for both parties is loan modification, which is simply a renegotiation of the terms of the mortgage that allows the homeowner to stay in the house and continue making payments.

Due to so much information on loan modification programs homeowners find it difficult to understand the options that are available and best for them. Those homeowners that are only looking at federal loan modification are subject to the tough standards set by lenders.

There are certain situations in which loan modification may not be viable:

If the resulting payment is higher after the loan modification.
If your current interest rate is low and cannot obtain a lower one.
Your are current on your payments, but you have negative equity in your house, that is you house is worth less than your mortgage and you do not plan on living in it long enough to reverse the negative equity.
You are making your payments and cannot show financial hardship such as a loss of employment, illness, disability, loss of income or increased in interest rates.
You have accumulated other investment assets that could pay of your current mortgage debt.
A short sale. The lender excuse a part of the debt owed if you could find a buyer, bankruptcy, auction sale, refinance or added approach, short of a foreclosure, is a better alternative.

Not everyone qualifies or benefits from a loan modification and each case is different. However, for many it will advantageous and permit them to stay in their home. Each case must be analyzed separately and determine if its beneficial and advantageous. As with anything else it is always prudent to get advice from a experience company who can help you explore the different alternatives.

Pay Day Loans: Acquire Fast Funds For Your Immediate Needs

December 27, 2010 by Loans Guide

Occasionally, despite how challenging we have a tendency to anticipate and deal with our bills, when important payments and purchases turn up, we end up short of funds to cover them. It can be that you just remembered that it’s your girlfriend’s birthday in the next two days, a medical emergency, required car repairs, home repairs and even getting mugged. Despite of the reason, there may come a time wherein you need money but your next pay day is still a few days or weeks away.

Should you have an urgent necessity for cash, there are a lot of solutions available like pay day loans online and others. You can get these short loans from a selection of providers both online and offline. On the other hand when it arrives to the most ideal short term credit alternative, nothing beats getting a cash advance. Of all the temporary finance options, a pay day loan or cash advance can supply you with the urgent income you need and inevitably settle it as soon as your next pay day arrives.

Take as an example the circumstances in which your vehicle breaks down abruptly. Odds are your car’s situation is very significant for you in order to make your livelihood. You either need your vehicle to get to work or essentially exercise it as part of your job. If this is the case, every time your car breaks down, you really need to repair it quickly as you would no longer be able to do your job or get to job if your car is not running. If your vehicle breaks down during a time that you have little or no funds on hand, you may not be able to recompense for the repairs on your car until your next salary arrives. If only there’s some means for your next payment date to be moved to right now! By getting a pay day loan, it will be basically like your getting a part of your next wages days or weeks sooner than your actual pay date.

In spite of of your location, you can without difficulty get yourself a pay day loan from a variety of sources over the internet. All you have to do is use “pay day loan” plus your location as a search term in search engines. As for instance, you need to use the search term pay day loans Adelaide to be able to get local pay day loan options that are located within that general area and get an approval for one in just a couple of minutes after applying. Provided you provide all the mandatory details and fill out all the proper forms, there isn’t a reason that the loan is not going to be approved. So whenever you end up in need of money, don’t despair as you can repay your immediate debts by getting a pay day loan.
